Refunds and cancellation

We would rather refund you than argue with you.

Monthly and yearly plans

• Cancel any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves you paid up to the end of the term you already bought.
• Ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full, no reason required.
• Charged by mistake — a renewal you meant to cancel, a duplicate, a plan you never used? Tell us and we refund it, inside 14 days or outside.

Lifetime

Refundable in full within 30 days of purchase. After that it is yours and does not renew.

What happens to your codes

Nothing. A refund or a cancellation drops you to the free plan: editing and paid features freeze, every printed code keeps scanning and keeps redirecting where it already pointed. Download the Escape Kit on your way out if you want your own copy of everything.

How to ask

Use the in-app report form until our support mailbox is live. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–10 days to show it.
