EverQR is a dynamic QR code service run at qr.getlaunchpod.com. By making an account you agree to what is below. It is written plainly on purpose.

What we promise

A printed code you made with us keeps redirecting, whether you pay us or not. If your plan lapses or you cancel, we freeze editing and paid features — we do not switch the printed code off.
Every change to where a code points is written into a public, append-only record you can verify at /verify/<code>.
You can export everything — codes, scans, artwork and proofs — at any time, including a ready-to-run Worker so your codes keep working without us.

What we do not promise

Uninterrupted service. We run on Cloudflare's edge and aim high, but we offer no SLA and no guarantee against outages, data loss or bugs. The service is provided "as is".
That a third party you point a code at stays online. We watch destinations and warn you, but we do not control them.
Liability beyond what you paid us in the previous twelve months, to the extent the law allows.

Your side

You are responsible for what your codes point at and for the content of pages we host for you.
No malware, phishing, fraud, spam, illegal material, or anything designed to trick a scanner into installing software or handing over card details.
Do not resell raw API access as a competing QR service on the Business plan; agency use for your own clients is fine and is what client links exist for.
Keep your password to yourself. Seats you invite act as you within your team.

Abuse and takedowns

Anyone can report a code. We review reports and disable codes that break these rules; a disabled code shows a page saying so. Disabling is recorded in the public continuity record like any other change, so a takedown is never silent.

Accounts, plans and changes

Plans are billed through Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record. Prices are shown before you pay. We may change prices for future terms, never retroactively for a term you already bought. Lifetime means the plan does not renew: Pro-level features for as long as EverQR exists, plus the Escape Kit for the day it does not.

We may update these terms; material changes will be visible on this page with a new date, and the freeze-never-kill promise above is not something we will quietly remove.
